How would we work together?
I have a very flexible way of working and can work around your schedule and time frame. All you need to do is give me a call or drop me a line. We can then have a chat about your project and requirements. I'll come back to you with a fee, timing plan and a simple contract for my services. Once a fee and the terms have been agreed I will start work. Dependent on the project and your preferences, I'll send you regular updates on my progress or we can organize regular reviews until the final piece has been finalized and you're 100% happy with the results!
Which states/countries do you work in?
I am based in San Francisco, but I can work for any company across the United States, Europe and the Middle East. I have worked for several Middle Eastern clients despite a 10 hour time difference. In fact the time difference can often work to your benefit, I can work while you sleep!
What services do you offer?
As well as writing copy for all types of marketing collateral, both on and offline, I can also work on the positioning, messaging and strategy for your brand, product or service. How does your fee structure work?
My pricing structure is extremely flexible. I'll first ask you some straight forward questions in order to get a feel for the project and the budget you have. I will then set a fair price based on the estimated time I am likely to spend on the project.
What does your fee cover?
My fee incorporates all pre-project calls, local meetings (if applicable), time spent on emailing/posting/faxing documents and final samples, research time, writing time, one round of major amends and up to three rounds of minor amends.
Any travel expenses for meetings outside a 40 mile radius of San Francisco would need to be covered by the client.
How do you accept payment?
Payment can be settled by check, direct bank transfer, paypal or google wallet. When I start work on a project, I always send my clients all the payment options they have.
When must payment be made?
As you can understand, some projects can go on for quite some time. Therefore, before I start on a particular project, I request 30-50% of the total agreed fee as an initial deposit. The remainder will be payable 30 days after project completion.
